During this project, a phone case base has been created in CAD utilising engineering drawings, this was then physically produced using additive manufacturing, and tested on a production line. As a result of these tests the part was modified in order to make it traceable and the slicing for the 3D printer configured to ensure that it was printed at a quality suitable for use in the production line with other suppliers’ parts.
